Dr. Jefferson Roth is a graduate of Colorado State University ( B.S. microbiology) and Los Angeles College of Chiropractic (summa cum laude). Post-graduate training as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, and acupuncturist. Dr Roth has studied Active Release Techniques ( ART) since 1994 and an international instructor since 1999.

He has worked as a sports chiropractor on the Pro Ski Tour, Pro Rodeo Tour, US. Figure Skating Championships, U.S. Speed Skiing Championship, many marathons and ironman triathlons. Dr. Jeff Roth recently sold his sports chiropractic practice that he directed for over twenty five years in the Vail Valley. His diverse practice ranged from ranchers and their families to many of the top skiers, snow-boarders, cyclists, and triathletes in the area.

Dr. Roth is now working full-time in Glenwood Springs and is available for mobile in home care between Aspen and Rifle.

Dr Jeff Roth offers Chiropractic Treatment to both athletic as well as non-athletic injuries. He has extensive background with work related problems we see now in our repetitive world. He believes that to have proper joint function and movement you must have healthy and flexible soft tissues( muscles, tendons, nerves, and fascia). To separate the two and treat them independently would not efficient or as successful. By combining the science of chiropractic to restore proper nerve and joint function, and ART for understanding how to correct the soft tissue injuries, we now have a more complete model of treatment.

Eighty percent of the time in each treatment is spent correcting the soft tissue components of your injuries with Active Release Techniques. When manipulation of the skeleton is warranted it becomes a very gentle and easy procedure to perform.

Home exercises combining flexibility, strength, and balance are tailored to your particular         lifestyle, time restraints, and activity level.
